Thank you for praying!

Before I get to the need, I’d like to share 2 stories. When I was with my great friend Pastor Danny Harris in Talihina, OK, he told me about Kable. Back in 2020, Kable was around 12 years old. He and his dad responded in the invitation, and Pastor Danny got to lead him to Christ. Not too long ago, they could not find Kable. When they finally discovered him, he had had an accident while riding his four wheeler. He is now in eternity. I’m so thankful Kable got saved at our last rally.
Yesterday, a family came up to us, a mom, dad, and 2 boys. When we were here in Sept 2019, one of the boys responded after the rally and got saved. Later that week the dad got saved, then the other brother, then the mom made sure of her salvation. That family has been so faithful to church and growing in Christ ever since! Praise the Lord!
Our meetings this year have been incredibly blessed, but we’ve faced some real difficulties with our trailer. We have been trying to make the repairs and nurse it along, but it is now undeniable that we have to let it go. We’ve used it for 9 years and although we had hoped to get a few more years out of it, because of our large/heavy illusion equipment + putting 25,000 miles a year on it, it is just worn out. The frame broke in 3 places in January (which basically totals an RV), but we did pay to have it taken apart, re-welded, and put back together. But after all those repairs, it is not holding up. It’s possible that there’s another frame failure somewhere else. Right now the outside RV wall is separating from the frame which is causing multiple issues. We cannot lock or even close our door. We are using a bungee cord to keep it shut. In a separate issue, our biggest slide out is out of commission (it needs replaced); so it is stuck inside which greatly interferes with our living space.
All that to say, please pray for us that God would provide a new-to-us trailer to help us continue to do this ministry He’s called us to do. In the last few weeks this has become more of an urgent need, as things are rapidly getting worse. Living on the road will always have its challenges, but trying to keep my family safe and provide stability for them is of utmost importance to me. God has always taken care of our needs more than we deserve or anticipated, and we believe He will again. We are researching the wisest RV for us to get, and we think we found one that has more room for our 4 kids and is stronger to hold our heavy illusions, but it is very pricey. So we will need at least $70,000. We greatly appreciate your prayers that God would guide us to what He wants us to do and provide according to His will. This faith-filled journey is a wonderful one! God continues to teach us, guide us, and amaze us with His goodness along the way, and we are so grateful to have the privilege of serving Him!
We are continuing on in our meeting schedule and trusting Him to work out these trailer details as we focus on souls this week in Ellis, KS. Right now, I’m heading to do an interview with the local paper about this week’s event! Thank you for holding us up in prayer!

We are so thankful for such a blessed Fall. It was our first time having a young couple travel with us, and Evangelist Chase & Rachelle Williams were such a blessing! They have such a servant’s heart and a fervor for souls. They also worked right into some of our illusions, making the show the largest scale show we have ever done. One addition we made was making show “programs.” Rachelle designed them, and they have a little bio on each of us with the church service times & gospel on the back. So basically they are a tract, and because they are programs people were more apt to read and keep them. We handed out over 1500 of them! We will cherish the memories of traveling with the Williams this Fall and the huge impact they made in the various churches where we got to serve together. They are trying to get into public schools and do evangelistic illusion shows too. So please pray God continues to open doors for them and fill their schedule with many opportunities to preach the gospel!
In August at a church in Eden, NY, Joy was counseling a young girl who was so interested in getting saved she asked, “Can you write down that prayer for me so I can pray that when I get home?” Joy said, “Actually, you can get saved right now.” “Really?” she said. Her sincere prayer for salvation was so beautiful.
In Hico, we were in every school in town, and the high school gym was so packed for the big night there were no seats remaining. Pastor Stiles and his wife were a part of Joy’s childhood; so it was a blessing to work with them! In Spanishburg, the church was so gracious to us all week. The public school shows fell through, but God opened the door for us to be at a Sat community festival, a couple of Christian schools, and a local NBC news station where I was able to give the gospel! We held the show in the nicest theater we have ever performed in. God brought 450 visitors and we saw 25 professions of faith that week!
At Ann Arbor, God used that church to do a big repair on the bus and a major repair on the trailer. A 10’ section of the wall had slipped off the frame, and Brother Joe Black reattached it better than ever! This was a huge answer to prayer! At that rally, a young man college student came from India who was a bit skeptical about the things of God. He received Christ and has been growing in the Lord as the church is discipling him. That week a church member is a very gifted videographer, Samuel Joshua, and he graciously redid our promo video, and we are very excited about it!
In Mount Pleasant, Pastor Williams allowed us to stay in his home while our trailer was being repaired. Their family was such a blessing, and the kids loved their big dog and chickens! God brought a lot of visitors that week, and one man in the church brought his boss to the show. The next day he got to lead her to Christ!
Pastor Dufour in Imlay City has a daughter who is married to Joy’s brother; so it was a pleasure to be with extended family. During our normal outreach week, we also participated in their Ignite Youth Missions Conference. The conference was focused on getting teens to use their God given interests for ministry, and there were some phenomenal missions speakers teaching very practical sessions.
In Decatur, they have a great relationship with the public school system. Pastor Shinaberry has a great focus on the gospel in all aspects of the ministry. It was a blessing seeing so many people come to the rally. We did a 9 hour trailer leaf spring repair, but the new springs surprisingly did not fit! So we had to undo all of it. Thankfully, some men in the church helped us finish at 2am on Saturday; so we were still able to drive 500 miles that day to Missouri.
Although we did not get any public schools in Jefferson City, we were in some Christian schools and 3 large Boys and Girls clubs. The church also did a great job getting the word out. We did a Sun-Tues evening Kids Crusade and a Wednesday rally. God brought 300 visitors, and we had 25+ saved that week! Pastor Randy Dignan, his family, and his church were so gracious to us.
In Pineville, God opened the door in every school in the county—11! That is a record for us for 1 week. We held 2 rallies at the church, and the visitors kept piling in–750 guests came! God is really using Pastor Lenze to grow that church, and it was such a great finish to our time on the road this year as we saw 84 saved! Two teens had been visiting youth group and had really mocked and disrupted during the message time. One got saved at the show, and the other in tears received Christ as his Savior as well! The Sunday after we left, someone saved at the rally got baptized too! The church also helped us get a major oil leak repaired too!
It was a blessing to preach in Galveston and serve with the sweet people of Bible Baptist. The Christian school chapel in Kingwood was wonderfully fruitful as several children responded for salvation, and I got to lead 4 teens to Christ and help 1 with assurance.
During this break, God has given us a refreshing and productive time. We switched out all 6 leaf springs so they are stronger than ever. We put new steps on the trailer. We have rehearsed 5 new large illusions for our Spring show. This week, we just finished an update of all our graphics. Bro Scott Brinkmeyer from my church and Rachelle Williams, Evangelist Chase’s wife, were such a blessing! We have new tickets, new posters, new yard signs, new banners, a new photo display, new programs, new counselor lanyards, and a complete redo of our 2 websites: www.EvangelistDavidCorn.com www.IllusionistDavidCorn.com
I have been praying about this update for several years, and I’m so thankful God helped it to come together.
Bro Chase also helped me record a couple dozen of my smaller illusions. I plan to put them on social media during the next few weeks. We will include a playlist of them where I give the gospel during 2 of the illusions. So if you share this with someone, they will get to watch several illusions and hear the gospel!
Houston weather is great. Time with family has been wonderful. Carson has been happy; Addie and Landon have greatly enjoyed seeing their friends at our home church in Houston. Our church has been so gracious to us. Brooklyn is getting so responsive and sweet. We leave in 2 weeks heading to the Midwest. We plan to go to Waco, OK, MO, KS, IA, NE, AR, AL, & LA. Please pray God would really open doors, especially in the public schools, and that He’ll give much fruit that remains! Thank you for praying!

We are so thankful to be back on the road in evangelism. I resigned as youth pastor in early March and launched back out into evangelism. God has opened many doors for us, and we have seen 285 saved since then! We were unsure of public schools opening up again, but in our first meeting out, God allowed us to present in 7 public schools and brought so many people to the rally that we had to do 2 shows!

As we were praying about when to return to evangelism, God burdened pastors in Interlachen, Orlando, Asheboro, McDonough, Glen Burnie, and Nolanville to have us come. This was wonderful confirmation from the Lord! In Interlachen, Joy and some of the kids were sick all week; so that was the first big show I had to do without her! Thankfully some church people helped out and God brought a lot of visitors!

In Asheboro, we were not planning to add a teen Christian school revival to the meeting, but God moved in Pastor Browder’s heart and the teens responded well to the preaching. We saw a teen saved that last chapel service! At Pinecrest Baptist, I preached on Satan’s lies, and afterwards a teen girl approached me who had been struggling with her gender identity. She said, “I am not going to believe the lies of Satan!” She embraced her God-given femininity!

At Fellowship, God did not open the door in any public schools, but God still brought 150 visitors, and we had 7 saved! Pastor Hubers and his church always treat us so graciously! At Northside, we had the privilege of serving alongside Pastor Garber and Evangelist Bob Holmes! We praise the Lord for the many lost people that came to the rally and also the several churches that came to their youth conference! In those 2 months, God brought 1220 visitors to our Magic and Morality evangelistic rallies!

In May, Joy had a surgery with a long recovery; so I had to take care of the kids while she was down for several weeks. Thankfully, she is almost fully recovered. Our summer kicked off with 2 camps in June with over 20 saved. We moved out of our rent house (we only had it during COVID) at the beginning of July and hit the road that same week. We had 6 VBS’ with a lot of fruit! In New Jersey, we did a Family VBS (kind of like a revival with games and verses and visitors competition). The church really got into it bringing dozens of guests. On the last night, I told a story about a teen guy named Luke that got saved in 2021 and died a couple of months later. That night, a teen guy named Luke got saved! The following Sunday his dad, another adult man, and a child got saved! Praise the Lord for the power of the gospel!

We have a few rest days, and we start the Fall meetings on Sunday in Hico, WV! We have 8 Magic and Morality rallies this fall and a couple of other meetings as well! We will be in WV for a few weeks, Michigan for over a month, and Missouri. God is already opening the door in several public schools. Please pray for more public schools to open, hundreds of visitors to come, and many people saved & baptized & added to the church & discipled. I am so aware of how little I can accomplish in my flesh. We really need God to work. Ps 119:126a reads, “It is time for thee, LORD, to work.”

Addie is in 1st grade for homeschooling, and she is doing well. The kids adore baby Brooklyn and sometimes fight over who gets to hold her J She is starting to crawl around and get into things; so that’s fun! Carson has really been happy back on the road too. Addie and Landon are planning to assist in 2 illusions this Fall, and we are excited for them to participate in the ministry firsthand.

Starting next week, we have our first associate Evangelist and his wife traveling with us. I have known Chase Williams since he was in elementary school. When he was a Senior in High School, he told me, “I want to do what you do. What do I do now if I want to do what you do?” He was referring to being an evangelist and doing illusion outreaches. I told him, “Get a 25 minute magic show with the gospel, and do it as many times as you can.” He has done that over and over. God has already used Evangelist Chase Williams in amazing ways! He married to Rachelle on January 1st. They have a truck and trailer and will be traveling with us to about 8 meetings during a 10 week period this Fall. Please pray God will use Bro Chase and Miss Rachelle as they labor with us. Pray God will continue to open doors of ministry for them in the future. He has booked a full summer for a few years now, and God is filling up his open Fall days and also into next year.

The need in public schools and churches is so great, and Bro Chase already has a polished magic show to do his version of Magic and Morality at churches across the nation. I’m excited to see another man of God with the same approach and heart to get into public schools and see as many lost people saved as possible! Will you pray for them that they learn whatever God wants to teach them this Fall? (I know of no one more teachable than Bro Chase) And will you pray God will empower us and them to see much fruit? We need God and we covet your prayers!

February 24, 2022

Dear Praying Friends,

On Thursday, March 3, we launch back out into evangelism. It has been such a high honor to serve on staff as youth pastor at Christchurch Baptist Fellowship in Houston, TX under Pastor Johnny Pope for the last two years. It has been such a blessing to be able to preach to the teens twice a week, coordinate activities, help with the bus route, and serve as youth pastor. We have seen God do some amazing things in the last 2 years! From souls saved, to people baptized, to families from the bus getting saved and joining the church, to watching the teens bring scores of visitors, to building an escape room, to marriage retreats, to getting to know the staff better, to getting to know many church members better, to going to youth conferences and church camp, to seeing Carson’s therapists come to church… It has been a blessing to serve God, doing His will!

Our hearts were torn as we sought God’s will about the future. One reason is because we love our pastor so much, and also because we love these teenagers so much! But we know that if God is calling us into evangelism, then He has something greater for the teens here in Houston. We are confident that God will take care of His church, and we are excited to see how God will do that in the future.

As I think about God’s Kingdom and the role that He has for me in His service, God has impressed some thoughts on my mind. If I leave Christchurch as youth pastor, then God will bring someone else to take our place. If I don’t return into evangelism and our public school outreach, then it’s unlikely someone else will take our place. No man is indispensable, but God does want to use each one of us in specific ways. We feel that for this time, evangelism is what God wants us to do. So we are excited to continue to pursue His will!

From the family side, the year has been a blessing as well. God enabled us to rent a house these last two years, which is the first time in our married life that we have lived in a house. God allowed our kids to get to know one set of their grandparents. God allowed a year-and-a-half of therapy for Carson. We have seen improvements with his communication board and also with his mobility. He scoots around regularly, even going down the stairs often. Addisyn started homeschooling this year, and the kids have loved having a house with a backyard! Landon has been very energetic, and has enjoyed the room. Joy was able to have a pregnancy without having to travel, and Brooklyn has been a joy to all of us!

Although we traveled in evangelism for 9 years, it feels a lot different launching out this time. We have never traveled with four kids, and we have never traveled doing homeschooling. Also Carson is a lot older and bigger than he was than when we stepped off the road, and life is busier than ever. We covet your prayers for a smooth transition on the road, enjoyable time in ministry for me and my family, and a fruitful time in ministry. We are thankful that God has lined up meetings for us for the rest of this year. We are thankful that in our first meeting God has opened the door in 8 public schools! We are praying God opens doors, brings lost souls to hear the gospel, saves people, and gives us fruit that remains!

Our plan is to travel for the next 2 months (March and April), and then come back to Houston for 2 months (May-June) because Joy has a needed medical procedure. I will travel to a couple of camps in June, and then we will hit the road again in July and will not be back to Houston until November. Please pray for God to lead every step of the way, fill us with His power, and produce a great year of fruitful evangelism.

Evangelist David, Joy, Carson, Addisyn, Landon, and Brooklyn Corn

Dear Praying Friends,

On this day 12 years ago, I first laid eyes on Joy. What a great day that was! I’m so thankful for ten and a half years of marital bliss! As we sought the Lord for His will, He led us to stay in Houston for 2021. It is such a blessing to continue to serve as Youth Pastor at my home church, Christchurch Baptist Fellowship. It has been a privilege to work with the teens and to invest in their lives. We have seen God work. We have seen souls saved and people baptized! We have seen God grow our youth group. It’s been great to see the heart for God that our teenagers have. We were able to help start a bus route that God is blessing with souls saved and people baptized and faithful to church! Carson’s insurance was able to help us keep him in therapy for 36 hours a week for this year, and we have seen encouraging improvements! He now likes to scoot around all the time!

We are very thankful that our Pastor, Dr. Johnny Pope, has let us take a few meetings out this year. We had a great summer! At our church’s VBS, we had 21 saved and our teen rally had 171 teens with 8 saved! I flew to preach at Amazing Grace Baptist Camp in Ottawa, KS where we saw 24 kids saved. We took our new rig out with the family for three meetings in July. We went to the Wilds Christian Camp in NC where I preached a Junior Boot Camp. We went to Hoosier Hills Baptist Camp in Indiana where I preached Junior camp and saw 9 saved. And we did a VBS at Bethel Baptist Church in Wichita, KS where we saw 22 saved! We did another VBS in Tomball, TX where we had 9 saved! Last weekend I got to serve at Campus Church in Pensacola, FL where I did illusions and preached the gospel at their food truck festival. This week I got to preach and do to 2 Magic and Morality shows at Coastal Baptist Church in St Marys Georgia. Pastor Don Link is such a blessing, and God blessed with 85+ visitors and three souls saved! This was our first M&M since Covid hit. We are headed back to Houston now. I have a couple of short meetings before the end of the year and then our baby girl is due in January. We are very excited to meet her! We Plan to get back on the road full-time in March of 2022. Thank you for your prayers, your love, and your encouragement for what God has called us to do!

November 4, 2020

Dear Praying Friends,

We praise the Lord for putting us in the ministry! God is so good to us! Back in January, Carson’s doctors recommended one year of ABA therapy for him, which is a 36 hour per week therapy! At the time we felt that if we never gave Carson this opportunity, we would always regret it. So we prayed for months about timing. Then God made it obvious when COVID-19 hit. In March, our meetings began canceling (It is hard to do ministry in public schools when schools are closed!). So we went to Florida for 3 weeks, and some great friends of ours and very gifted men helped convert our bus into a hauler for our fifth wheel! The F550 Shuttle Bus is ready to go, and we are very excited about that! In April, our pastor, Dr. Johnny Pope, graciously gave us a job as Youth Pastor here at Christchurch Baptist Fellowship in Houston, TX. So Carson could get his therapy done, and we could also have ministry as well! Only God could have worked this out for us so well! We drop Carson off at ABA therapy Mon-Fri from 9:00am-4:00pm. While in that building, they coordinate his Physical, Speech, and Occupational therapies multiple times a week too. God opened the door for us to rent a house (first time in our 9.5 years of marriage to live in a house) that is only 10 minutes from the church and 8 minutes from therapy. The family is really enjoying a backyard and room to play.

All of us have been limited in ministry opportunities, but God has still opened many doors. Two twins got saved and baptized this summer. We were able to take the teens to camp in Arkansas, and we had a couple saved there along with a great reviving work in our youth group! They got some things right with each other and then began getting burdened for souls. One teen girl was baptized shortly after camp. The teen testimony service after camp was so specific and God-honoring. The teens one by one kept saying, “The preacher preached on ___, and God spoke to me about ___.” Several adults said it was the best testimony service they had ever been to! A dad, mom, and teen girl showed up a week or 2 later on a Sunday night. He said, “We have been watching services online for 2 months, and after this morning’s message we had to come! Our daughter watched the teen testimony service and told us, ‘My friends don’t talk about God like that. Those girls walk with God.’ So she wants to be a part of the youth group!” They joined and have been very faithful since!

We held a VBS and teen rally in July, and God used the teens to bring 29 visitors! We had 79 attend the rally with 7 teens, 1 adult, and 13 kids saved! One of those teens, Nate, got baptized, and I do not think Nate has missed a service! He is growing in the Lord, takes notes every message, and is singing in the choir! His younger sister got saved on Saturday at our Fall Fest! Another teen girl that was saved has come to several services and activities since. One teen came to the rally that said they simply received a postcard on their door! His younger sister got saved on Thursday VBS. She got so burdened for her friend that they drove 1.5 hrs to bring her home so she could be at VBS the next morning. The mom was telling this to Joy, and Joy asked her if she wanted to get saved too. She said, “Yes,” and Joy led her to Christ Thursday night. That friend got saved Friday morning as well! That family has been attending on and off. We are still praying for the teen guy and dad to get saved. We have had several returning visitors for services.

We had to cancel in person services for about 3 weeks in August because we had a COVID-19 outbreak. I tested positive, and my wife and kids got it as well. We only had symptoms for about 5 days, and they were very mild. Thank the Lord! We all tested negative and have had no long-term effects since!

We have 3 families join in the last couple of months and another attending every service. We have had several baptized too! During September, we were really limited in our activities, so I spent the month planning for the Fall and also building an Escape Room. We had 72 teens go through it, and they brought 16 visitors that day. Four of them have expressed interest in getting saved, but we have not been able to follow up with them yet. The rest of our church is working on bringing visitors to the Escape Room as well, and our College and Career group is planning to go through on Saturday with their guests. The vast majority of people who have gone through it say it is better than the commercial ones they have done, even though it’s free; so if you are in town, you need to go through it!

On the first Sunday night in September, one of our teen girls brought a visiting teen girl, Bryn. It was a game night, and she jumped right into the games. The teens were so warm and friendly to her, and she had a wonderful time. She was excited to come back for Youth Group on Wednesday. I preached the gospel as part of my message and she responded and got saved! She has come to most services, takes notes, and is really growing in the Lord! She has brought her mom to a couple of services, and on the Sunday morning she got baptized she brought 9 guests!

On Saturday, our church held our annual Fall Fest. We had hundreds come through for the pumpkin decorating, face painting, trunk or treats, 500 hotdogs/chips, and the 5 massive inflatables! We ran out of food after 2 hours! Joy and I also held 3 illusion shows with the gospel. A few hundred of the guests attended those, and we had 9 saved! We are organizing follow-up for this Saturday morning. This Sunday-Wednesday our church is having revival meetings.

It took several weeks, but we are finally seeing some specific progress with Carson. He is standing much better now. They have made a Velcro board that has different pictures on it, like for his food dish, his music device, and his toys. He is getting better at touching one when we wants it. They have him touch the food dish before he takes he bite of food, and he is really understanding that one so much that he pulls that pic completely off the board! He has gotten into one of his upset moods the last week or so; so please pray that he will walk, that he understands how to communicate with his Velcro board, and that they find ways to help him when he gets really upset. Also please continue to pray for our youth group. We have some who are struggling with specific sin. We have some who need to be saved. We have some that need to get sold out. But we are so thrilled to be able to watch God work right before our eyes! We are so thankful for your prayers for us, for being able to serve God and get Carson help, and for the much fruit God is giving.

Preaching the Gospel,

Evangelist David, Joy, Carson, Addisyn, & Landon Corn

In Clute, a lady listed to our soul winning training on Sunday night and led 2 souls to Christ on Wed! She said, “I never would have had the confidence to do that if it wasn’t for the training!” The next night she led another at the rally! She said, “I’m on a roll!” Also our friend Chase Williams, a Junior Bible College students, joined us to learn more about our ministry! God is using him already with his illusions and fervor for souls! It was a thrill in invest a little in him that week!

I love to preach in Cleburne! It seems whether it be preaching for the bus kids or teens or rally, we always have people saved! What a testament to their outreach heart and God’s blessing on their efforts! Praise the Lord! In Waco, Bro Mayberry really worked for the meeting! We held the program in their gym and they rented around 350 chairs. We had over 876 people come! We praise the Lord for the incredible turnout and souls saved! The Kingsway people were such a blessing. They helped us fix our washing machine, watched our kids multiple times and worked hard for the meeting! After the program, Joy was asked to witness to a young man with autism. He was nervous he wouldn’t be able to understand the gospel. Joy carefully shared the gospel and he followed with her amazingly. When it came to pray, in his own words, he called on Christ to saved him! Joy had tears in her eyes as she led him to Christ!

I love going to Talihina. I grew up with Pastor Danny and Lindsay Harris. They were so kind to watch our kids so we could go on a Valentines date. We really enjoyed the beautiful view and the great fellowship with the Harris’. God gave us great crowds and fruit at both shows! In Enid, I loved seeing the fervor and working of God in that church! God is really using Pastor Stevicks boldness, leadership and love for Christ! They are really growing in attendance and seeing people get plugged in! One young mom said she was nervous to witness, but as soon as she did, God gave her the words to say. She led her first soul to Christ at the first show – a parent and child! We had so many people we had to have a 2nd late show! That lady led another parent and child to Christ at the 2nd show! Praise God!

Last week was a great time in Odenville! God opened a lot of doors to get the word out. Coming into the week we only had 3 public schools. By the end, we were in 7! I preached at my first prison. For decades, Bro Dave Turner has done an amazing job winning souls to Christ and seeing them trained in his Bible college! I did several illusions and preached the gospel! We had 2 inmates come talk to us after the message and trust Christ that afternoon! At the rallies, a couple of teens led their first souls to Christ! In Helena, Pastor Bohman is actively training his people to be soul winners in their Fishers of Men program. And he is diligently working to help his people get disciple and to disciple others! It’s thrilling to see! Sunday, a lady got baptized. On Wed, a teen girl led her first soul to Christ! And last night another man led his first soul to Christ!

The F550 Shuttle Bus God gave us is getting very close to being ready! It’s already cut down and sealed in! We have a few items with the truck bed, hitch, trailer king pin, inside flooring and finishing touches to work on. We are hoping to start using it in early May! We have been so encouraged by God’s outpouring of blessing on our ministry this year. We wanted to share with all of our prayers warriors just how incredibly fruitful these weeks have been. In 9 weeks, in just 8 churches, we were in 39 public schools! As you know, each one of those is a direct answer to prayer! God opened doors miraculously for our Magic & Morality program & we did 48 programs in those 39 public schools. We also did 6 Christian school programs, 2 assemblies for a VoTech Center, 3 early morning school Bible clubs, 4 after school clubs, and 1 prison! We held 15 of our big Magic & Morality Rallies at the 8 churches! At the big rallies God brought 3,350 visitors to the churches! And there have been 255 souls saved!! Praise the Lord!!! We are in awe that God gave such tremendous fruit in just a short period & we want to extend our deepest gratitude for those of you who pray regularly for our ministry! The Gospel still works, God still saves, and He sure does hear & answer prayer! Hallelujah! We wouldn’t want to spend our lives doing anything else! Serving Christ is the highest calling! Thank you for your prayer support!

Dear Praying Friends,

What a great Fall! God is so good to us! Shall we praise Him for a few things He did?

Grace Baptist; Washington, UT; Pastor Josh Beutler: M&M – 3 public schools; 476 visitors; 2 saved
Open Door Baptist; Catalina, AZ; Pastor Kurt Kramer: M&M Youth Rally – several visitors; 2 saved
Valley Baptist; Mesa, AZ; Pastor Kevin Cowling: Sunday Evangelistic Day – 9 saved
Heaven’s View Baptist; Arizona City, AZ; Pastor Darrell Roe: Sunday Services

Leon Valley Baptist; San Antonio, TX; Pastor Forest Jones: M&M – 3 public schools; 400 visitors; 25 saved
Somerville Baptist; Somerville, AL; Pastor Shane Lewis: Drive Thru Christmas – 2000 visitors; 1 saved

It was a privilege to serve in Milford, OH! We are thankful for the great response from the school administration! They even put us in their Middle School paper! We are very thankful for the souls saved Sunday morning, in chapel, and at the rally! What a joy it was to serve at Bethel Baptist in Wichita, KS. Pastor Jon Swope’s father, Ted Swope, is the illusionist I saw that made me want to get into doing illusions! He is in his 80’s now, but he still attends that church! Bro Ted Swope took me to my first illusion convention and really invested in me! He cautioned me on pride all those years ago and has been used to see hundreds of people saved! I praise the Lord for the incredible privilege to serve at the church he used to pastor! God blessed abundantly with hundreds of visitors and 40 saved! It was special to me to have his grandson assist me in an illusion—it truly came full circle!

For the Sunday in Ellis, KS, God really did a remarkable work! A few were saved that day and over the next days, one of the boys who were under conviction got saved and then his brother and father did as well! Praise God for the power of the gospel! Liberty Baptist and Assistant Pastor Neal Berkey in Vegas worked very hard for souls that week! They had after school clubs, neighborhood Bible clubs, and Sunday morning rallies where we preached the gospel. And God blessed with a lot of fruit!

Grace Baptist was our first time to preach in Utah. So many people are blinded to the truth there! God amazingly opened the door in 3 public schools, and the schools really loved our program! We had 3 nights at the church, and the place was so packed it was hard to walk in the aisles! God really broke through the last night, and we had 2 saved! That is amazing considering the false religions in that area! On Wednesday of that week, we had 3 amazing answers to prayer! We had been struggling since November with the hospital where Landon was born. They dropped our insurance and then quadrupled the bill. That day the Lord blessed, and we finally got a zero balance! Also Joy scheduled her knee surgery. And we found the bus God wanted us to buy! These are prayer requests we had for months/years, and God answered all of them the same day! What an encouragement! Praise the Lord!

The next week Joy had her knee surgery. Everything went well, and North Valley Baptist in Phoenix, AZ was very gracious and generous as we parked there! Pastor Kurt Kramer at Open Door Baptist in Catalina really worked with us as Joy’s knee was quite shaky those first few days. We felt bad because we were not full strength for the meeting, but the kindness of the Kramer’s and their church meant so much to us! And God blessed with 2 young people saved that they had been ministering to for awhile!

Pastor Cowling’s church worked hard to get a lot of visitors there Sunday morning, and we had 9 saved! It was a blessing to work with them again! We thoroughly enjoyed getting to spend a few days with Joy’s family. Joy’s brother Jeremiah and his wife Lisamarie had their son Chad, and we finally got to meet him! We also enjoyed seeing Jeremiah’s 2 mall candy stores! Pastor Darrell Roe has been a friend to us for years! It was a privilege to preach the Word at his church for a Sunday!

We traveled from Arizona to NM to spend time with Joy’s brother Josh and his wife Anna and their son Titus. They are doing a great job serving God at Gospel Light Baptist in Rio Rancho. It was very kind of Pastor Lenentine to have me preach Wednesday in chapel and church. Sometime during those days, David developed viral bronchitis. God allowed me to not have to miss any preaching opportunities with that, but I am just now getting over it!

What a blessing to serve with Pastor Dan Outler and Brother Brad Magnus at Hope Baptist in Loveland, CO! It snowed that week, and Addie loved it! We were disappointed we did not have more time to enjoy it. God did a great work and got us into 2 public schools. 200 visitors came to the church, and we had 10 saved! Pastor was elated as he mentioned how amazing it was to have such a great response during the invitations! Praise the Lord!

We left Colorado on a Friday morning to spend Thanksgiving in Tulsa, OK and then travel to San Antonio by the next weekend. During those 9 days, we had 8 breakdowns of the truck and trailer! We thought our trailer was going to be stranded in OK, but one by one God brought the exact people at the exact time to get us to San Antionio! We knew God wanted us to be in San Antonio and sure enough God did a great work there! Pastor Bill Bender of Southeast Baptist in Tulsa, OK was so kind to let us preach there Sunday morning and help with several of the breakdowns. If it was not for that church and Central Baptist in Ponca City, we could not have gotten the rig to TX! It was a blessing to see David’s family in OK for Thanksgiving! My cousin even drove up from Louisiana!

We praise the Lord for a highlight week in San Antonio! Pastor Forest Jones was so kind to have us come, and Youth Pastor Taylor Walton did a great job getting into schools! God gave us great favor at the schools, and we saw 400 visitors come to the rally! 25 were saved! A visiting lady came to me afterwards and said, “Did that man sitting near me respond in the invitation? He was in tears when he went forward. That’s incredible because he is an atheist!” I believe that man got saved! No wonder Satan was fighting so hard to keep us from being there!

We just finished serving with Somerville Baptist in AL for their Drive Thru Christmas. We have had the privilege of being a part of that event since 2013! Pastor Shane Lewis is still battling cancer, but his church worked so hard to present the gospel to around 2000 people! I appreciated the privilege of preaching there this past Sunday and serving to lift up Christ with that dear church!

In October, God blessed and we were able to purchase a 2012 F550 Shuttle Bus. Some friends in Florida are hoping to modify it into a hauler to pull our fifth wheel. This will give us twice the power of our current truck and will give us 64 square feet of bus space for the family to be more comfortable when traveling! It is a big project; so please pray for those details. Joy is recovering well from her meniscus surgery. At 5 weeks after, she participated in the show & at 7 weeks, she assisted in the entire show. Her knee is about 90% back to normal. We are in Houston this Christmas with David’s family and our home church family. Merry Christmas and thank you for your prayer support! We love you guys!

Triple S Christian Ranch; Rose Bud, AR; The Bishops: Jr. Camp – Many Decisions; 7+ Saved
New Life Baptist; Odenville, AL; Pastor Denny LeCroy: Teen Revival – Several Decisions; 7+ saved
Mansfield Baptist Temple; Mansfield, OH; Pastor Rob Kurtz: VBS – 77 saved
Victory Baptist; Valdosta, GA; Pastor Steve Ward: Sunday Services – 4 saved
Venture of Faith Camp; Lake Park, GA; Pastor Keith Smith: Jr. Camp – Many Decisions; 18 Saved
Tabernacle Baptist Church; Candor, NC; Pastor Michael Free: Teen Camp – Many Decisions; 3 Saved
Mountain View Baptist; Hagerstown, MD; Pastor Sean Brumbaugh: VBS – 23 saved
Bible Baptist; Tyrone, PA; Pastor Ken Patterson: VBS – 3 saved
Kendall Park Baptist; Kendall Park, NJ; Pastor Mike Brown: Family VBS – 1 saved
Faith Bible Baptist; Eden, NY; Pastor Ark Kohl: VBS – 12+ saved
Calvary Baptist; Willingboro, NJ; Pastor Aaron McCullough: Evangelistic Weekend – 77 saved
Olive Branch Baptist; Linton, IN; Pastor Dan Kemp: M&M – 5 public schools; 415+ visitors; 15 saved

In Quapaw, Pastor Waterloo and company started a church camp in OK. It was a privilege to be at the inaugural year of that camp ministry! In Conway, I just met Pastor Corkran Sunday morning, and he asked me to preach that evening. What a blessing! It was our first time serving at Triple S, and we loved our time there! We saw some great decisions by the young people! On the last night, there were some boys in tears over unsaved friends and family. God was doing a work in their heart to be a stronger witness for Christ!

At New Life, we always love being with our ‘family’ there! We preached on Jehu and on Og and on God Not Being a Respecter of Persons. We had several decisions there! It was great to see a few saved on the buses on the way home! We traveled to Ohio the next day, and the kids did great on the crazy long drive. We did a big illusion show Sunday night and then a VBS Mon-Thursday. Had a few saved at the rally and for the whole week had 77 saved! They had many more respond in the invitation, but some were not ready yet. So each of those saved was individually counseled! I love how efficiently they run their bus ministry and VBS!

We took some family time in a small town in Georgia for the Fourth of July. Then preached at Victory Baptist in Valdosta on a Sunday. We had 4 saved that Sunday morning service! That was our 7th year preaching at VFC Camp, and it was the most fruitful! We had decisions every service and 18 saved! My good friend Adrian came and preached a couple of services there with me too! God allowed me to perform 23 new illusions this summer as well! This camp keeps me on my toes!

We traveled to NC for a teen camp with Pastor Mike and Miss Sherri Free where there was a great spirit amongst the group! Addie took a great liking to Miss Sherri, and we had 3 teens saved! As we traveled to Hagerstown, we noticed one of our trailer tires developed a huge “tumor” in it. It surely should have been a blowout, but God spared us from that! We put the spare on that travel day. That next week we got it replaced, and the whole procedure only slowed us by about an hour! Praise the Lord! At Hagerstown, it was a blessing to be a part of a VBS where so many people coming early, working, running buses. No wonder God blessed with so many saved! Pastor Brumbaugh and his family have such a great spirit and are doing such a great work!

We always love being in Tyrone with our close friends The Pattersons. During the week, the church had a lot of workers and many came on the buses! Pastor Ken also helped me accomplish about 15 different projects around the trailer, including getting our furnace fixed! The spontaneous skit time with Pastor Ken was a highlight! We praise the Lord for their kindness and for the 3 souls saved! We also enjoyed seeing some of Joy’s family and celebrating Addie’s birthday while we were there!

It was a blessing to serve with my good friend Evangelist Adrian Burden again at Kendall Park Baptist in NJ. We did our first-ever Family VBS with Pastor Mike Brown & company! The VBS program was tailored for entire families, complete with family competitions, team competitions, couple competitions, games, split sessions, and a points/awards system. It was so much fun! The church worked hard. God brought a lot of visitors, and I believe we had 1 saved!

Our last VBS was with Pastor Art Kohl & Faith Bible Baptist Church in Eden, NY. Our first time serving with this great church! Joy had the privilege of counseling with a visiting girl named Heaven. Not having a Christian background, she wasn’t quite ready to get saved the first time Joy talked with her. But on the last night, she prayed in her own words asking Christ to save her! Also Joy received a first-ever gift. A sweet lady who worked in the nursery with Carson all week, came the last night & handed me a bag full of containers of food, already blended for Carson. She worked as a nurse all day, worked VBS, went home cooked and blended the food and gave it to us the last night. It was 5 containers worth! We also got to visit Joy’s brother & sister-in-law live and their kids!

I drove by myself for the weekend to Willingboro, NJ and Calvary Bible Baptist Church’s big evangelistic Kids Zone! We had hundreds of visitors, and they counted 74 saved! We also had 3 saved Sunday morning! We love that event, and getting to do some illusions and preach the gospel there is such a blessing!

Joy took the boys and flew to Houston for 2 Dr. appts for Carson and then met us in Linton, IN. God used Pastor Kemp to get us into 5 public schools! We had 415 visitors and 15 saved! That meeting pretty much wrapped up our summer! I preached 96 times at 11 week meetings, 1 weekend, and 2 Sundays! We had 199 saved! Thank you for praying! We will give another update for the great things God is doing this fall. We are very close to purchasing a “new-to-us” vehicle to upgrade our F350 to a stronger vehicle. Please pray for those details. Today, Joy had meniscus surgery on her knee here in Arizona. The surgery went well, and she will be limited for about 3 weeks. Next week we have an evangelistic week in Tucson, AZ. As always, thank you for the love and prayers!

Dear Praying Friends,

We’ve had a wonderfully blessed few months! Here is a quick overview of what we’ve been up to:

Heaven’s View Baptist Church; Arizona City, AZ; Pastor Darrel Roe: M&M – 150 Visitors; 23 Saved
North Valley Baptist Church; Phoenix, AZ; Pastor Brent Loveless: M&M – 250 Visitors, 18 Saved
Central Baptist; Ponca City, OK; Pastor John Waterloo: Teen Revival + M&M – 750 Visitors, 50 Saved
Faith Baptist Church; Sedalia, MO; Pastor Edwards: M&M – 350 Visitors, 22 Saved
First Baptist Church; Fort Madison, IA; Pastor Dean Graber: Revival + M&M – 325 Visitors, 30 Saved
Dearborn Baptist Church; Manchester, IN; Pastor Darrell Sparks: M&M – 500 Visitors, 18 Saved
Marlbrook Baptist Church; Raphine, VA; Pastor John Tilley: M&M – 260 Visitors, 17 Saved
Riverview Bible Church; Bellaire, OH; Pastor Kevin Rowland: M&M – 250 Visitors, 37 Saved
Fellowship Baptist; Glen Burnie, MD; Pastor Mike Hubers: Revival + M&M – 125 Visitors, 31 Saved
Just this Spring, we’ve been in 25 public schools; 3,260 visitors have come to our rallies; and 295 people have been saved! Praise God!!!

At the M&M rally at North Valley Baptist, so many people came to the show that we literally couldn’t fit anymore in the auditorium. We already had people standing along the walls, sitting in the aisles, and on the floor. We had to turn around 30 visitors away. It was especially exciting to see the Lord bless so tremendously here, because we had done a M&M at this church 5 years before, but we had the hardest time getting into the public schools there. Even though the church staff put a lot of work into trying to get us in, not much had opened up. They spent the last 2 years really trying to improve relations with the schools, going out of their way to help them with various projects. And it was obvious the Lord really blessed that! We got into 4 schools this time! Seeing the church packed out with these visitors then, was just thrilling!

We hit our 300th public school while we were in Ponca City! We are absolutely amazed at the doors God has opened for us through the years, in this closed environment! Central Baptist was the church David grew up in, so we always love going “home” & serving there! The teens did an exceptional job inviting their friends for the teen revival. There were 6 saved, and 25 visitors there alone! David did 9 schools that wk, including the public high school he graduated from. He has at times felt some regret about not being a better witness for Christ in that high school, so it is pretty special that God has given him the opportunity to go back there twice now, with the M&M program! The rally was fabulously attended, with a record high in attendance in the church history. Many members led their first souls to Christ that night!

At First Baptist in Ft. Madison, we couldn’t get into even 1 school, and yet the Lord packed out the church that night with people – were visitors! The Rally at Riverview Bible Church was also packed out with people standing and sitting on the floor. Among those saved that night, was an entire family that all got saved together – Dad (a retired police officer), Mom, and 3 teens. Afterwards, they told the youth Pastor, “We go to church, and everything. We just never heard the Gospel explained this way before.” So many people are religious, but lost. Praise the Lord for bringing the light of Truth to this family!

For the first time ever, we weighed our trailer this past Spring! We knew it was heavy because we carry a ton of heavy equipment in the back for our shows, and because our truck has been struggling to pull it in certain situations for about 2 years. But we were shocked when we saw the scale! Our truck has been pulling a trailer more than twice the weight it’s rated to pull! We have been praying about upgrading our truck now for a few years, so after we discovered the weight we feel the Lord is giving us clear direction to start the process of searching for a new vehicle. After getting some advice from a few of our mechanic friends, we now know exactly what we are looking for, and are just praying for the Lord to direct us to the exact vehicle with the specific specs we are looking for. We’d appreciate your prayers for this detail.

We were able to return to Houston in May for 2 weeks to visit family, unpack/repack the trailer for the next 7 months, and make 13 Dr appointments. Carson has had some extra struggles this year, and we had a particular difficult 2 month period earlier this year. But after asking for prayer, we saw about a 90% improvement in a week! And he has stayed in this improved range ever since. Praise the Lord!! Thank you for praying for him & for us! All the kids have been healthy & enjoy all the attention they get from the loving people at the churches we visit!

We are full swing into our summer meetings, and they are going great! We are in our third week already, but we’ll include those stats in our summer update letter. You can always view week to week updates on our facebook pages, though! Thank you so much for your faithful support & prayers for our ministry! We have experienced some incredible workings of God in response to those prayers! We are constantly amazed by His blessings!

In Ranson, several kids skipped their sports activities to come to VBS! It was also a great blessing to talk with Youth Pastor Ryan and his wife Liz about their recent missions trips! It was so wonderful to see such a solid Independent Baptist church in Canada! They ran 5 buses and worked hard to see kids get saved! After the summer meetings finished, we got to enjoy time with Joy’s parents as well! We want to thank God for His goodness over the summer! He gave so much fruit, and we are especially thankful, we had absolutely no vehicle issues at all! Praise God!

We started our Fall schedule at Sauk Trail where we did the kids program for the national Global Ind. Baptist Fellowship meeting. We got to hear Bro Sam Davidson and see Pastor John Waterloo and several other friends. Our good friend Sam Waterloo is preparing to become Senior pastor there next year! Because of Joy’s pregnancy, we needed a new M&M show for this fall. Sauk Trail graciously let us rehearse there, and we learned 2 new big illusions!

In Indianapolis, the church set aside 5 special nights of prayer and had 5 saved Sunday morning, 3 of which were adults! One man saved returned Sunday evening and got baptized! One of my missionary heroes Rodney Fitzsimmons came to a night at revival! The last time I saw him was 7 years ago in Haiti. On Friday, we did our new show, and it went great! The church had more people than they had prayed for and 20 got saved at the show!

In Elkhart, God used Pastor Fisher to get us into 1 day care and 11 public schools! I spoke 29 times in 10 days while doing 6 M&M nights at church! The church people really got excited leading people to Christ at the invitations! One lady led her first soul to Christ! This was our 3rd M&M there and Pastor Fisher said seeing the building packed with people and his people leading people to Christ night after night was the highlight of his life! One lady came to me after Sunday morning and said, “Today, it finally clicked. I received Christ from the heart!”

We just finished at Anthony Baptist where Pastor Dan has really seen God work there! 4.5 years ago the church almost closed. When we were three years ago, they only had a few faithful, sweet people! Sunday they had over 140! On Monday, God opened the door in 2 public schools. We held the show at a community barn and on Tuesday, we found out we had to add an extra show Wednesday night! On Wed, we had 70 church people & 30 visitors! On Thursday, we had 180 visitors and 5 saved! On our trip there, we had 2 hangers for our suspension break on our trailer. Two guys in the church spent many hours welding them and finished up in time to make our next meeting! Yesterday at Chambersburg, I got to participate in the soul-winning marathon and my partner led 1 to Christ and 8 others were saved! For both main services today, I did 35 min. of illusions & ~35 min message with 1 assurance & 1 man saved!

At one of these churches, a young man was going through a tough time. He ended up in jail and his wife left him; he was contemplating suicide. He turned on the livestream when I was preaching about Carson. God moved in his heart; he decided not to kill himself. He got saved, and he even flew down to meet us! He told me with tears, “Carson may never say a word, but God used him to save my soul. I could be in hell tonight, but God used Carson to help me turn to Jesus!” We are making our way 1315 miles to Oklahoma this week where we will serve in Weatherford and Lawton and then in Garland, TX before we have to stop the year early to have our baby boy!

To make it to her OB appointments, Joy has flown home to Houston 3 times and will again in about a week. Our baby will be born around December 8. Thank you so much for your fervent prayers and your generous giving so we can labor in these fields God has called us to!

On our evangelistic trip to the Bahamas, we were privileged to do illusions and preach the gospel to thousands of children in a few Christian schools. What an opportunity! While we were there some dear friends of ours from Interlachen, FL were so gracious to install new injectors, valve cover gaskets, and glow plugs in our truck! It is running like new! Praise the Lord! Also some friends from our home church found a huge oil leak and repaired it just before we hit the road for this summer! God has really taken care of us!

In Fort Pierce, FL, a lady came for the first time that Sunday morning and got saved! She and her children came to every revival service of the week! That was such a blessing! Pastor Cooley also showed us a memorial at the church for an elementary student who died of cancer. He said according to their records, she got saved the last time we were there! Wow! Praise the Lord for letting us be a part of her receiving Christ before she died at such a young age!

In Fort Meyers, we held a kids VBS and one night 5 teenagers got saved! The gospel is so powerful! In Orlando, Lock Haven Baptist let us stay for several days where I was able to build 2 new illusions! There, I was privileged to preach a Baccalaureate service for a public high school, and 5 people got saved! Afterwards, a lady told me, “We don’t hear preaching like that anymore. It was really good!” There is still a hunger for boldly preaching the truth in love! Another big praise for me: I was backing up my truck very far from a dumpster (so I thought). When I stopped and got out, I realized I had not noticed a lower part of the dumpster sticking out. I had stopped less than half an inch from hitting it! I know that was not my skills. God was looking out for me!

When we left for Houston, we got to stop by CBC Fort Walton where I interned for 3 years during college. What an encouragement to be with our dear friends and their Pastor! I’m excited for how God is working there! On our trip to Houston, we traveled 1000 miles with no traffic slowdowns, and the kids cried for less than 2 minutes! We know y’all are praying for us. Thank you!

Our week at Southland Christian Camp was the most evangelistic camp week we have ever had! The spirit there was incredible, and we had 29 campers saved! I could specifically see the tenderness of an older boy whose heart God softened by the end of the week!

In Odenville, one night we reached a goal by having over 100 teens! We’ve been trying to see that for 10 years! Praise the Lord! On Tuesday night, God changed my message to preach on hope, and 14 teens got saved! When I went to help counsel, they did not need my help. Suddenly, a lady walk in 3 with junior age kids. I got to lead all of them to Christ! Thinking on that later, I realized the lady who brought those kids in got saved 3 years ago after hearing Carson’s story! Praise the Lord for fruit that remains!

In Saginaw, MO, I had the incredible privilege to preach at the camp where I first saw illusions and where I first surrendered to preach! It was surreal! They even brought up Bro. Ted Swope one day; he is the preacher I first saw do illusions and took me to a magic convention as a teenager! What a Joy to see this man of God who has influenced me so greatly and been of part of seeing hundreds/thousands saved!!

At Venture of Faith, God gave unusually tender hearts with 9 saved! Their new camp director is doing a phenomenal job! I especially loved the enjoyable Scripture songs and new activities he led! God allowed me to learn and perform 26 new tricks this summer! That’s helpful because it is the 6th year in a row I have preached at VFC!

In Winter Haven, Joy had to fly home for a baby doctor apt. Everything is looking perfect! We even revealed the gender during a magic trick at that VBS. We’re having a boy! At that church, Asst. Pastor Tony Elmore has so many young people he has led to Christ & discipled. I was so moved thinking about the influence of that godly man and his precious wife! There is no telling how many hundreds/thousands of people they have played a part in seeing saved! That week of VBS we had 66 saved!

This past week, Pastor Doug Jackson’s church was so kind to us! I got to help go bus calling and had several visitors come and get saved from that! We had 25 saved for the week! Joy was able to find a supportive tricycle to help with Carson. He really likes it! We were also able to finally get Carson’s crawling machine in action, and he actually crawled a few feet on it! These are huge praises!

Currently, I am at CoBeAc preaching a family camp. What an honor! We continue with 4 VBS’ after this in Ranson, WV; Fredericksburg, VA; Hamburg, NY; and Simcoe, Ontario, Canada! Please pray for souls saved and decisions made! Carson is doing well; he had a couple of days where he was upset, but I think we are past that! Addie turns 2 on Friday and is learning very quickly! Thank you for your love for our family, your generosity, and especially your prayers!

March 31, 2018

Dear Praying Friends,

God has given us a wonderful couple months of ministry! It’s been a great start to the 2018 year. We wanted to catch you up on the details of where we’ve been….

We started off the year with a Magic & Morality at our own home church, Christchurch Baptist Fellowship. It was so enjoyable to serve with our church family! God blessed mightily with 9 public school assemblies, around 850 visitors, and 39 saved! Praise the Lord! From there we went to Cleburne, TX to serve with Calvary Baptist Church. A new church to us, we enjoyed meeting the kind folks there! Our M&M had 75 visitors, including the dad and 3 sisters of Dallas Cowboys fullback #41 Keith Smith, Jr.! There were 38 saved that week – just incredible! Two of Keith Smith Jr’s sisters were among those saved that night! Next, we headed to New Braunfels, TX to be with Pastor Dave Beatty & our good friends, Steven & Emily Funes, at Calvary Baptist Church. It was a joy to be back with this church for our second M&M and a Christian school revival. God blessed again with 75 visitors and 8 saved for the week! Our next stop was in Clute, TX with Pastor Josh McGee & First Baptist Church. They worked hard, and the Lord answered by opening doors in 5 public schools. The M&M rally was blessed with a pretty full auditorium of ~450 visitors! There were 9 saved that night! Praise the Lord!

We spent the month of Feb. in LA & FL. We did a Revival & M&M Rally at Lighthouse Baptist Church in Slidell, LA with Pastor Denny Winborne. This sweet church has had us multiple times through the years and is always so encouraging! It was a wonderful week of nightly Revival services, and the rally had 20 visitors, with 5 saved! Praise God! We headed to FL next, to be with Pastor Kelley at West Jacksonville Baptist Church. It was tough getting into schools in this area, but God did open the door for 2 after school programs. At the M&M we had ~ 20 visitors, with 4 saved! God is good! Our next meeting was in Interlachen, FL at Faith Baptist Church with Pastor Mel Speicher. We’ve had a special friendship with this church for years! We did a Sun-Wed Revival, and a 2 night M&M on Thurs & Fri nights. We tried getting into these schools for weeks, but nothing opened. The Lord gave opportunity to hand tickets out on the streets, though, and there was a packed house both nights! One of the nights ended up being a record attendance for this church! God sure worked! There were 6 saved that week!

March took us to Valdosta, GA to be with Pastor Burt at Lighthouse Baptist Church. David preached the Sunday & Wednesday services, preached at their Pastor’s fellowship, and then we also did a show & gave the Gospel at their Power Pac Basketball Awards Banquet. This was a lot of fun to be involved in, because it’s such a great tool they use to reach out to the families in their community with the Gospel! They were 4 saved at that event! Praise the Lord! The next week, we went to Victory Baptist Church to be with Pastor Steve Ward for a similar event. This church has been so generous to us, and have really been supportive of our ministry over the last year, especially. We are so thankful for these sweet folks! They also had a Basketball Awards Banquet that we got to perform for & then give the Gospel. Again, such a great ministry to see all these families from the community there, hearing the Gospel and seeing the love of Christ! Washington Redskins linebacker Josh Harvey-Clemons actually attended the banquet! That is his home town. The church had been praying 2 years for a man to get saved, and he got saved that day! Isn’t God good?!

Last week we were in Loganville, GA with Pastor Mickey Oliver & New Testament Baptist Church. Pastor Brett Johnson worked hard to get us into schools, and God opened up 9 different opportunities throughout the week! We had 2 nights of our M&M Rallies & there were great attendances both nights, with a combined total of 375 visitors! Even more exciting, there were 38 souls saved last week!! A few of these church folks were able to lead their very first souls to Christ during these invitations, too! We really appreciated the focus this church put on praying for this event. It is evident that God moved in answer to those prayers! This week we were at Harvest Baptist Church with our sweet friends, Pastor Chad & Karen Crawford, in Eatonton, GA. It was a great week of both fellowship and ministry! We had 2 nights of our M&M rallies with a combined total of 200 visitors & 33 saved for the week! Hallelujah! Sunday we will be with Calvary Baptist Church in Avon Park, FL for special Easter Services, and then on Tues we will be flying to the Bahamas as a family on a missions trip to serve with Missionary Jason Lowe. We are very excited about this opportunity & would really appreciate your prayers! We are looking forward to being able to actually give the Gospel in the public schools there! We will be holding an evangelistic rally, and helping to boost a youth ministry. Please pray that God would bless with safety, good health, souls saved, many visitors to our evangelistic rally, and that we would be an encouragement to the church & missionaries there! Of course, we plan to enjoy some family time on the Island too, and we will get to celebrate our 7 year Anniversary & David’s birthday there as well! God certainly spoils us! Thank you for your continued prayers & support of our ministry in full-time Evangelism! We are so grateful to have so many friends lifting us up in prayer! Love y’all!
